INFANT ROOM- The Lady Bugs (ages 12 weeks-15 months)
Ratio 6:2
In the Lady Bug classroom, we prioritize each child's individual growth by creating a secure and nurturing environment where they can explore freely. Our teachers offer attentive care, guiding the day with descriptive language to promote early language development and strengthen connections. Through thoughtful interactions and sensory-rich activities, we assist children in achieving key milestones such as tummy time, sitting up, crawling, walking and beginning language. We nurture the infant's social-emotional growth by offering comfort, making eye contact, and responding to each child's cues, building trust and a sense of safety. In the Ladybug room, taught by Miss Ann, Pam and Joanna, we create a welcoming, engaging environment where infants build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

4-5 YEAR OLD ROOM- The Moose class
Ratio 16:2
In the Moose classroom, we encourage children to strengthen their problem-solving skills in social contexts while building peer relationships. The children learn to manage intense emotions using calm-down strategies from the Pyramid Model and Conscious Discipline.
Language and literacy development are integrated into everyday activities through storytelling, morning meetings, and circle time. Through play-based learning centers, children enhance their academic abilities with letter recognition, early writing exercises, and meaningful conversations. They gain confidence to ask questions and learn from their environment, peers, and caregivers.
We support the growth of foundational math and cognitive skills through interactive, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and critical thinking. These experiences help prepare children for a smooth transition to kindergarten, fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Our curriculum is guided by the Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies, while the Conscious Discipline approach supports our Social Emotional program. Mr. Mark and Miss Fay support children in developing skills across all areas, ensuring a smooth and easy transition to Kindergarten.
